Rackhouse Pilfer at the Marlboro House 10 pm onwards

The Malrboro House presents Rackhouse Pilfer from 10 pm ish onwards on Fri. 13th July. Rackhouse Pilfer formed in early 2012 and are a high energy rockin' bluegrass and American roots band. They perform their own unique take on many well known classic songs from artists such as Bruce Springsteen, Ryan Adams, Gillian Welch, Steve Earl, John Hiatt and many more as well doing lots of traditional bluegrass songs and some original songs too. There are 6 members in Rackhouse Pilfer and every member takes turns to sing and there are BIG harmonies just to put the hat on the cowboy!! The line up and their instrumentation includes Leon - acoustic guitars, harmonica and vocals; Willie - acoustic guitar, vocals and drum; Les - mandolin and vocals; Figs - fiddle, slide guitar and vocals; Mark - banjo and vocals; and Duane - upright bass.
